1. Service Description#

TapuGezgini is a B2B + B2C platform offering services such as real estate listing publication, customer communications, and contract management. The platform integrates with the Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS) of the Turkish Ministry of Trade and with the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.

2. Membership and Account#

To use the platform you must open an account verified via e-Devlet. You are responsible for the security of your account (password, MFA, session management). If you notice suspicious activity, report it immediately to security@tapugezgini.com.

3. Listing Publication Rules#

• You may only publish listings for genuine, legally publishable properties of yours.
• Each listing passes Land Registry verification before publication; false declarations result in account suspension.
• Content that infringes the visual/textual rights of third parties is not permitted.

4. Credits, Payments, and Refunds#

Credit packages are one-time purchases. Unconditional refund of unused credits within 14 days is guaranteed. The refund process is handled automatically in your account. Payments are accepted through 3D Secure-protected providers (primary: Garanti BBVA Virtual POS).

5. Prohibited Conduct#

• Automated access to the platform (scraping, bots) is prohibited.
• Harassment of other members, fraud, or misleading offers are not allowed.
• Accounts may not be opened using false identity or stolen documents.

6. Contract Process and Right of Withdrawal#

In consumer contracts your rights of withdrawal are protected under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. Withdrawal periods are explicitly stated in the contract text and the invoice.

7. Termination of Service#

TapuGezgini reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate the rules, temporarily or permanently. Decisions are recorded in the audit chain and communicated to the data subject.

8. Limitation of Liability#

The platform is an intermediary. The accuracy of information in listings is the publisher's responsibility. Publisher representation is conducted via power of attorney / KEP / e-signature processes in compliance with applicable regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution#

For disputes arising from these Terms, the courts and enforcement offices of [OPERATOR_FILL: competent jurisdiction] have jurisdiction. For consumer rights, you also retain the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
