1. Overview & Seller#

This document explains the delivery, cancellation, withdrawal and refund terms for digital services (credit packages and subscriptions) purchased through the TapuGezgini platform. Seller details:

2. Delivery#

TapuGezgini is a fully digital service; no physical delivery is made. Purchased credits or subscription entitlements are provisioned to your account instantly once payment is confirmed, accessible from the My Credits page. Payments are processed securely via the iyzico infrastructure.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds#

  • Right of withdrawal: within 14 days of purchase, a refund may be requested for unspent credits under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502.
  • Spent credits: credits already spent (e.g. a listing-boost window has started) are not refundable, as the digital service is deemed to have begun performance — an exception to the right of withdrawal.
  • Promotional / referral / achievement credits: credits not purchased (no Turkish Lira paid) are outside the refund scope; if granted in error, a corrective action is taken.

4. Cancellation & Validity#

  • Purchased credits are automatically cancelled (expiry) if unused within the stated period from purchase.
  • Active subscriptions can be cancelled from account settings before the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Tapu Gezgini reserves the right to cancel credits upon detection of clear bad faith, fraud, account theft, or use contrary to the Terms of Use.

5. How to Request a Refund#

Refund requests may be sent to destek@tapugezgini.com. Approved refunds are made via iyzico to the original card/method within a reasonable time after approval. Operations are traceable in your immutable credit ledger.
