2. Categories of Personal Data Processed#

TapuGezgini processes the following data categories to deliver its services:

Identity: first/last name, Turkish national ID number, tax ID (VKN), date of birth, photo.
Contact: email, phone, KEP, residence address.
Customer transactions: account records, listing publications, contracts, payments, invoices.
Location: listing / property coordinates, browser IP (anonymised).
Transaction security: session records, MFA status, password hash.
Marketing: communication preferences, campaign interactions.

3. Purposes of Processing#

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Articles 5 and 6 for the following purposes:

Creating and managing your account
Listing publication, contracting, and payment processes
Verification via Land Registry and e-Devlet integrations
Compliance with legal obligations (e-invoicing, MASAK reporting, etc.)
Service quality improvement and security
Marketing communication where you have given explicit consent

4. Recipients of Personal Data#

Your data may be shared with subprocessors necessary for service delivery under KVKK Articles 8 and 9. For the current subprocessor list, see the Subprocessors page.

5. Rights of the Data Subject#

Under KVKK Article 11, as a data subject you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information on personal data being processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used appropriately,
To know third parties (domestic or abroad) to whom your data is transferred,
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
To request erasure or destruction within the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
To request that corrections and erasures be communicated to third parties,
To object to outcomes generated solely by automated systems against you,
To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

6. How to Submit a Request#

To exercise your rights, email destek@tapugezgini.com or submit a KEP request to chtsoftbilisim@hs01.kep.tr. Under the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Applications to the Data Controller, requests are resolved within 30 days at the latest.
